On July 9, 2000, Sutton Group – Select Realty Inc. of London, Ontario, lost one of their esteemed colleagues, Michele Montour, to the devastation of cancer. In her short years, Michele touched many lives and was an inspiration on how one's attitude can overcome any personal or business obstacles.

Bruce Sworik, Broker/Owner of Sutton – Select, knew that the qualities Michele possessed were attributes to strive for, so he established the "Michele Montour Award For Excellence in Real Estate" in her memory. For 2010, Sutton Group – Select Realty Inc. was proud to present the award to Ed Milani, who, like Michele, is never without a word of encouragement for others. He sets very high standards for himself and then surpasses them.

Sutton Group – Select Realty Inc awards the "Michele Montour Award for Excellence in Real Estate" annually. In this way, the company ensures that the gifts and spirit of Michele Montour will continue to live on through its agents. The company continues to direct its fundraising efforts to worthy charities in the community.
